Returned items must be sent back in original condition with original packaging. Chun Tat Limited may provide return instructions. Refund requests submitted after 14 days from receipt may be denied.
Refund Processing Time
After Chun Tat Limited approves a refund, processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This period applies to all refund methods. PayPal Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

Chun Tat Limited may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at its discretion.
Returns and Exchanges
For no-reason refunds, the customer must ship the returned item within 14 days after receiving return instructions. Exchanges are not offered under the no-reason refund policy. The customer may request a refund and place a new order. The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
